As a part of process,
all files are saved on a highly secured
network drive requiring an authenticated
password to protect data. Zodiac Infotech
guarantees to retain on its server voice
recordings and the transcription documents
for 90 days from the date of dictation.
To assure a physician’s easy access
to previous dictations, Zodiac offers
several options upon request (some are
fee-based)
