Zodiac offers
two convenient dictation options. Dictations
can be either submitted over the phone
via toll-free line that you can call
24 hours a day, 7 days a week or they
can be recorded on a digital handheld
recorder and can be transmitted electronically
to us. |

IS THE PREFERRED DICTATION OPTION ? |

department ideally recommends Digital
Dictaphone to all clients, as it gives
the liberty to physicians to dictate
while they are not near to the computer,
however, as needed Zodiac can also provide
wireless dictation option on PDA |

DO I RECEIVE MY TRANSCRIPTIONS ? |

We propose three
secured and convenient delivery options.
We recommend secure FTP mechanism that
puts transcribed reports automatically
to your computer with your sign-in.
You can then view and print your transcripts. |

to incorporate any normals or macros
you may routinely use in your dictation. |

HOW
DO I OPEN THE TRANSCRIPTS I RECEIVED

The transcripts
are returned in MS Word format or any
other predefined document format stated.
This standard file type can be opened
using virtually any word processing
program, including Microsoft Word, WordPerfect,
etc. |
